Try PhotoBucket.
Yep, basic (i.e. non-paid) members can't host photos here -- it's one of the perks of membership and how Steve pays for the hosting.
That said, you can easily link to external photo sites like PhotoBucket. There's a button for "insert image", and you put the URL to your image in the popup (the URL coming from your photo hosting site.)

The URL is the web address i.e. www.ck5.com is an URL
For images from photobucket, they will look like this. One is the URL (I added the .(period) so it would show you what the URL looks like for an image and then the actual image.
