np 203 jumps in to 4h

just built my np 203 now at low speed all ranges work fine . but at highway speed in 2h starts clicking then as you slow down it it locks in 4h

its either been converted to part time or its not a 203 cause 203's dont have 2h

it has been converted to part time it had already been done when i got the case
