np 203 pto (up dated)

5P495 its for a 203

or if its stamped with a

5P449 its for a 205

or if its stamped with a

5P358 its for a sm465

replacement shift arms r still avalible part number it 51-P22

I have a PTO that I can't determine what it's from.
I know they all pretty much have the same mounting and the difference would be the gear that mates to your tcase.
If you can find a gear to match the 203 this is a very clean PTO, might even be for a 203, got it in an exchange and the PO didn't know either.

went threw this with him on 1 i got.

get him the make/model/ser # if you can on any tags from it. then spin the gear sticking out of the case. look on its side face for any #'s hand stamped in the gear.

he has a friend with lots of old school pto info in his head.

Yeah I have numbers on the side of the gears, never was able to determine what they were for.
I will post them here in a few minutes.

OK so I finally went and looked:
Mine has 5P275
and it's a 25 teeth.
I wonder what it will fit?
It's in great condition too.

Stamped number on the gear.
I tried to look it up and it says discontinued.
I think it might have been on a NP435 for some reason since I got it from a dodge guy and he had it on a tranny.
