NP 205 mounting bolt pattern - 6 bolt pattern

Do you not already have your 205? I haven't separated mine yet, but I'll get you a template if i do it soon.

I think he is just looking for the pattern because he is making a doubler plate. :waytogo:

It is a little pet peeve of mine. When a place of business won't take the time to answer the phone. It kind of pisses me off! After all, a paying customer may be on the other end of that phone.
Hell, even return my call at a later date!

It's not that I'm bitter or anything. But, I refuse to buy anything from DD Machine. (which is who that seller is!)

I've tried repeatedly to get in contact with him to make a purchase of a Box for rocks kit, To no avail.
I've went to all the trouble to get an intermediate shaft produced, and at a considerable savings over what DD Machine's intermediate shaft costs. Thats also assuming that he would sell just the shaft, which he obviously won't.

So, I'll just wait till I get the intermediate shaft in my hot little mitts,(the one I was involved in it's production) By then, I'll have this 205 clocking business figured out(without purchasing a clocking ring)

DD machine lost a customer right here. :rolleyes:

Besides, NWF's 205 clocking ring is 10 bucks less. And, I'd just as soon spend my money with them...at least they answer their phone

:popcorn::popcorn:

Then why didn't he just say so?

If he can read .dxf files, there are several places where he can get the pattern, off of the internet. Trails less traveled is one place that comes to mind. Or, you can just measure the front face of the 241 or 205 since they have the same mounting pattern (minus the shifter clearance).

Really? The 241 and 205 have the same bolt pattern? Can someone provide documented proof?
I'm not trying to be a dick. I just need this to be correct the first time.

I'm sure that it is, I held up a 208 adapter to a round pattern 205 before a couple of years ago and everything lined up except for the shifter clearance.

I've been looking to find a picture of somebody who did it. I've found threads on here and on Pirate that reference using a th400/208 adapter and a ford 205 (same bolt pattern) and there are pictures of that setup, but I've yet to find an actual picture of a passenger drop 205 hooked to a 208/241 adapter clearanced for shift rod of course.

Ok, I'll. Buy that. It only makes sense. Now, which bolt hole is the one that's not concentric? I just want.to get this thing clocked flat.
