np 205 tail housing

Any one have info on swaping tail housings from slip to fixed tail housing ?

anyone have parts for sale for this conversion ? or info where to buy the parts ?

Not positive, but since no one else offered...I would have to say that you would need to get the parts out of a non-slip yoke 205, and tear apart yours and replace them. I assume things such as output shaft and output shaft extension housing )terminology probably wrong on that) Probably just cheaper/easier to buy the right one, and sell yours.

I will be doing this myself also. I currently have a 205 fixed yoke I bought recently and will take the complete fixed yoke assembly and put it on my current 205 (with the slip yoke) I won't be doing this till around May though. But just letting you know, this is how I'm doing it. I heard there is a company out there that sells the slip to fixed conversion for maybe around $200 +, but I can't think of the name of the company.
