I am going to be reinstalling my NP205 soon and I need a picture of how the torque arm bushings are oriented. I know what mine looked like when I took it out but I have seen a picture that showed it different.

There is the big L type bracket that bolts to the transfer case.

There is also a smaller plate that has the same holes for the bushings as the L bracket.

There is also the L bracket that bolts to the frame.

Please post any pictures you have of this.

Thanks
Mark

That explains the little stump of cut off steel on the side of my transfer case. I suppose its bad to run one without, right?

The transfer case is very heavy to be hanging off the adapter and transmission hitting bumps let alone the torque applied under heavy acceleration and deceleration. I would want it there?
