Ok Im looking for a NP205 for my K5 I would prefer one that has the SM465 adapter but guess I could start with just the case. I also have a NP208 I could trade or just pay cash.

Are you looking for the rare factory 32 spline version or do you plan to convert a 10 spline and use the shorter figure 8 adapter with the ORD spacer and short 32 spline input?
Crap I forgot all about that. Guess It does not matter at this point cause I will upgrade it as soon as I get it.

It's ashame you don't live near St. Louis. I seen one at the scrap yard today that was complete and still in the truck with transmission, adapter, x-member, drive sleeve... they want $125.00 for the t-case, adapter, and drive sleeve.
