80 at most. As you know, I took mine out, rebuilt it and put in a sye. Handled it by myself no problem in and out with no jack......one person.

I seen it but his weight was after the t-case was palletized and is nowhere near the actual weight of the t-case alone.

I'm replacing the tranny this week. I'm also going to reseal the TC halfs. What did you use to seal them?

Got it out. I would put the TC closers to 50 lbs which is better for me!



It looks like it has RTV on it but I was think since it was a machineds surface something else would work better.

Ultra black RTV works the best for sealing the case halves.
