Mechanical or electrical speedo? They are hard to find due to the limited number produced. 1989 K5/Suburban/Crewcab/Cab Chassis were the only ones made with passenger drop and a mechanical speedo (1-year only). Then, the same models were ran for only two more model years, 1990-91 with the electric speedo.

I got an 89 mechanical speedo 241c from car-part.com recently. Surprisingly there seemed to be plenty of them available and the places that have parts listed for sale there are happy to ship anywhere.
Check ft smith ar Craigslist or fb marketplace. I just picked up a nice 241c electric speedo for $100. I don't really need it, but it was there.
