So i have a NP203 in my 76 K20, and i have a healthy love/hate relationship with it. Since the 203 is trying to keep both drivelines moving at the same speed with open diffs in the axles, right? But what if one diff were locked already, say i put a spool, or welded my 14 bolt up, would that do good to the system? Would that make full effort on the front axle to keep it locked? or should i just throw my money around and get a 205 or 208 and lock both the front and rear? Thanks again yall!

search for "doubler"

get a np205.

triple stick it.

then lock the axles.

After you upgrade them to 1-tons. :wink1:

It's a sickness.

A factory NP203 -- unlike the other t-cases -- has a differential and WILL allow the front and rear axles to turn at different speeds.
