NP203 Locking Hub Question

Hi All,

I have to buy a new set of hubs and decided to go with the Warn Premium. From what I have read I have to also get the part time kit for the NP203.

My Question is, Can I still drive with the Hubs Locked in 4X or do I have to have the part time kit before I drive at all?

A friend suggest that I just remove the front drive shaft until I can get the part time kit put in but I am not sure about that.

Any advice?

You can install the hubs, just run with the hubs in the "locked" position until you put the part time kit in.

Or you can put the new hubs in and leave them unlocked, but you will need to put the 203 in the 4x hiloc position. and you can drive it like that till you put the partime kit in.
