NP203 p/t conversion from superwinch 900801

Bought this for my truck, pulled the tcase apart, the exact same kit was already in it. This is in my opinion stronger than the MileMarker part time kit with 4 "half" replacement spiders. The milemarker kit uses a giant cup which engages all the teeth on the front drive side gear.

retails $45 or so, asking $35 + ride. in Mesa AZ (pick up is better, bring your rig) =)

This is the kit WITHOUT hubs as well. I can ship in the original box, or in a much smaller box (cheaper to ship).

I'm interested, but what is needed to convert? How hard is it? Thanks

its got whats needed to convert, except hubs for the front axle. you just pop off the tailhousing on the tcase, pop out the diff, take the spiders out of the diff, put the cup piece in, and put it all back together. Directions are included =).

I have my tcase torn down WAY past that point now, as I need to put a new chain in it. They aren't hard if you pay attention to where all the needle bearings fall out of =)
