yeah its a 203. Shift pattern would be :
4Low-Loc
4Low
Neutral
4High
4High-Loc
Shift linkage probably needs to be adjusted

Pull the boot off the shifter in the cab and lube the shifter mechanism with some light oil.
x2 on this.
it wouldnt hurt to pull the hole assembly and make sure there isnt any mud packed in it
