NP203 Shifter Help

I have a NP203 and the shifter box that sits on top of the trans/tranny assembly gets jammed up alot and stuck in the gears I put them in.

Is there an aftermarket replacement for the whole shifter? Will the twin stick shifter do what I need it to?

Our 203 twin stick shifter is for that purpose exactly.

The 203 twin stick shifter serves a bit of a different purpose than the 205 twin stick, as you can't get front wheel drive only with a 203 and they don't require a lot of effort to shift.

The 203 has two mechanisms to shift, one for the gear box; HI-N-LO and then one for the center differential; unlock/lock if it's stock or 2WD/4WD if it has a part time kit.

The problem is that the 203 shifter is complex because it does the job of two shifters with a single lever. It has to be adjusted just right, and even then, it only works if the parts aren't worn.

So we put two levers on it, the way it should be.
