Is there anything special you have to do to swap an NP203 for an NP205? Or is it just take the 203 out and put the 205 in? It'll be mating to a TH350.

Any help would be great, thanks! /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

*I think* the tranny tailshafts are the same for both t-cases as well as the mounts.

I would think the only issues will be driveshaft lengths and yokes. The shifters are different between the cases so be sure to get the one for the 203 too.

Well, when you say "put the 205 in", you have to have the correct 205 (theres 4 different 205 inputs from GM, you need thw 27 spline version and double female coupler), you also need the factory adaptor to go between the transmission and transfer case. Then you'll just need to solve the shifters, speedo cable, and driveshafts.

shifter = nothing to solve.
speedo cable = connects right up just like the 203 did.
driveshafts = tape measure and driveline shop are all ya need /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif
