I have a twin stick on my np203 and it is definately a lot better than the bizarre stock shift mechanism but its pricey and doesnt really offer anythin better than easier shifting. Pretty easy to install as well
I'm getting ready to do the twin stick on my 203 using this design: http://www.holodeckdesigns.com/77GMC/203ts/203tsbuild.html
Just located another shifter unit. With the part time kit installed it should be so much better than stock.
I can't see where'd it be worth the two hundred bucks or so plus your time for a quality twin stick. If your getting your t-case into the gear you want it, spend the money on something else.
Well I'm not spending the $200 or so dollars to get a quality one, I'm spending like $20. The stock 203 shifter setup is junk, lots of ppl have problems with it. I wouldn't spend big money to twin stick it, but for the cost of another shifter unit and a couple hours of not being bored, it's worth it to me. My stock setup doesn't function well at all, that's why I'm gonna change it.
