NP205 27 spline Drive Sleeve ?

Hello all
I think I just blew my female coupler (drive sleeve) 27 spline TH350.
But I am curious as to how far the male output shaft spline slides into the drive sleeve ?
I see no damage to mine, (but I have real bad eyes tho) but noted that the male spline only goes in 1/8" into the drive sleeve and I am sure that is not right.

I cannot see any metal fragments or such anywhere tho.

This pic farthest right is what it looks like.

The male end will enage into the drive sleeve complete, the drive sleeve slides over the input past the o ring behind the splines...

Ditto, that's just plain scary. Wouldn't drive it that way.

Now I have another problem, my adapter from np205 to th350 is cracked.
Does anyone know where I could get a complete adapter with bearing and drive sleeve 27 spline?

I seem to have an oddball drive sleeve in mine as it is not the same as in my first post and they claim GM only made one type for that combonation.

My adapter is approx 3"
