I have an NP205 T-case with a 10 spline adapter for an SM465 tranny and shifter handle. $200.
SM465 tranny. Was working just fine, but the last time I drove it, it would occasionally grind on fast shifts from 3rd to 4th gear. Doesn't pop out of any gears. $75. Or $100 with bellhousing and 350 flywheel.
