NP205 and driveshaft measuring??

I was lucky enough to win a free driveshaft on PBB recently from J E Reel and now I have a question. I currently have a slip yoke 205 but I will be converting it toa fixed yoke so i can run a CV joint. Can anyone tell me how far from the back of the case the flange the fixed yoke flange is..so I know what length to tell him???

I dug this up :

Transfer Case Overall Length : approx 14”

(measured from bolt-up surface to U-joint center in Rear yoke)

So measure yours and subtract 14 to see how much to add to driveshaft measurement /forums/images/graemlins/k5.gif
