Ok, so it takes a 1 5/16" socket to take the yokes off... or at least I'm pretty sure thats what it is. I just made a half hour journey to buy the socket and it doesn't fit in the damn yoke
... I'm about --> <-- that close to just takin the socket to the grinder til it works... So my quesiton is... is there a special socket needed to take the yokes off the t-case? I don't wanna put an $18 socket to the grinder if I don't have to... also, while I'm on the subject of special tools... anything other that regular hand tools and snap ring pliers needed to do the job right or at least make it easier?

... ended up having a buddy who works at O'Reilly Auto Parts rig something up on the rotor/drum turning lathe to get the 1 5/16" socket turned down.
