NP205 fixed yoke conversion

I'm in the process of converting a slip yoke NP205 to a fixed yoke version. I'm guessing I need everything from the output shaft back from the donor right? The top pic is the slip yoke version not yet torn down and the bottom pics show all the parts from the donor fixed yoke version in the order I disassembled it.

Yes from the output back. Some of the parts are the same but it is just best to get everything.

Looks like all the bearings were in better shape on the slip yoke output... gonna be swapping all them over onto the fixed yoke shaft instead. Looks fairly simple once I got them both apart (but couldn't remember much about the first one I took apart 3 months ago)
