So what's "the fluid" to use now a days??? Regular old gear oil, something synthetic, one of the "newer" blends???.....and since I'm asking what's the actual capacity of one?? Mine is now clocked up some and just curious how much it's supposed to hold.

Usually I see people running whatever is in the trans. I run Dextron since I have an auto with my np205. It's about 2.5 qrt's IIRC.

so as said run whats in front and be safe and same fluid for topoff needs .
