i picked up a NP205 transfer case real cheap and found out it has 10 spline input shaft i run a turbo 350 and 203 transfer case now. my question is what i have to do to use it in a 203/205 doubler do i have to change the input shaft or is it a coupler for that i hope i didn't waste money on it and can't use it. thanks in advance for any info.

If you go with the ORD, you need a new input shaft for the 205 and machine work for a larger bearing.

Tons of info on here regarding the 203/205 doublers.

or Offroad Design also has a bunch http://www.offroaddesign.com/catalog/doubler.htm

NWF offers a kit that will allow you to build the doubler without any machine work. Won't be as stout, but :dunno:. Also, many people have customer service issues with them.

Have the NP205 case bored out for the bigger input bearing and put in a 32 spline female input shaft for the doubler.

you can run your 350/203, then add the kit from ORD. It comes with an output for the 203 to make it 32 spline, and you'll need to change the input to the 205 to a short 32 spline unit, and as mentioned above, bore your case for the large bearing input shaft. The rest of the parts come in the kit, except shifters.
