One more question on my 205 rebuild. I got it all back together and noticed some end play in the REAR output shaft. I can push\pull it maybe 1/8" at most. I didn't think to measure the existing endplay when I torn it down.

I haven't bolted the output yolk on yet, but I'm assuming it's ok because it looks like the yolk and the rubber washer are used to tighten it up? There's a thrust washer I can see in the output housing that looks like it rides right up against the back surface of the output yolk when you tighten the nut down.

Bolt the yoke on first then get back to us. NP205 has thrust washers to control the gear backlash but the whole assembly could still move back and forth. It looks like the rear ball bearing controls total shaft backlash.
