NP205 rust

Ok so I'm tearing down a 205 to rebuild and twin stick. Once I got everything disassembled I found rust on both output shafts and input shaft. It's not alot but it is there and there is a little pitting and chatter on one gear. Also there is rust on the outside of the 27 spline adapter shaft. Is this still useable or am I looking at replacing it all?

We would scrap all of that, but we can't ship stuff like that to people as a "premium" rebuild.

I've seen people run worse than that without even knowing the gears looked like that with no issue. Maybe noisy.

Thanks for the input Chris, the only one I'm really concerned about is the 27 spline input. Go ahead add one to my order with a new coupler as well

If it were mine I'd replace the input and clean up the rest...

There is heavy wear in the middle of the gear, and quite a few places looks like it has knicks taken out of it
