NP205 Shift pattern?

I'm having problems with 2wd high so I need to figure out it I'm doing something wrong here. What is the shift pattern for a NP205? I had to make my own shiter plate (between the shift rods) because my tcase didn't come with one and I'm not sure I got the shift pattern right or I made the holes in the shift plate at the right distance.

neutral
2-high
4-high

Thanks, now I'm going to pull the shift rods and check to see if I got the shift plate lined up properly with the grooves in the rods.
