NP205 Shift Rods

Long story short, I need a set. Does anybody know where to get them or have a good set. Wont stay in gear any more. Detent ball grooves worn too bad to catch anymore.

What about welding up the rods and having someone machine new grooves in them?

they sell new rails, i think only twin sticked sets though. sounds like an opportunity to upgrade though.
