NP 205 transfer case adapter for Chevrolet or GMC 4x4 with TH350 transmission. This is the early design with captured bearing. This can be hard to find undamaged as many of them are cracked. This one has all good threads, no cracks. Very clean casting.

$195 plus ship.

Also have parts NP205 case with matching 27 spline input gear for those of you who may want to convert you 10 spline SM465 4 speed case.

Sold, be sure to use formal gasket between transfer case and adapter. On the TH350 adapters, the counterbore for the input bearing retaining ring is shallower than the retainer ringitself. In fact, the thickness of some gaskets from the inexpensive gasket sets is insufficient to accommodate this difference. That is, in a quantity of one. Two would be enough. I believe this is why some crack. Some people use only RTV, torque it up and there is still a gap of the machined surfaces, result, cracked ears. Measure!

I appreciate the info and tracking number. Hopefully I won't need to use this. It's a stop gap if my trans isn't finished. I'll be putting my TH350 back in with a 205.
