Before I feed myself to the dogs over on pirate I'd figure I'd ask here first .

I want to bolt up my stock 2.5 ton rockwell driveshafts ( after making them the proper length of course . to my NP205 in my buggy project. does anyone know off a off the shelf flange I can buy for the outputs or do I need to have something machined?
 
why not just regular 1410 yokes?
i THINK H.A.D. has a dual pattern flange, 4.15 and 4.75 bolt circles.
 
Cuz I'm lazy and want bolt on flanges!!

I have a ton of stock deuce drivelines and flanged is easier to deal with for carrying spares and such

Are you sure you dont want to build me a Clod Crew Cab??
 
i will fer realz trade you that 1991 for it. i have a REALLY nice body made.


also you could take a ford bronco rear flange which is 32 spline off a 1356 or whatever and have a little adapter made or something. i also think superduty front flanges are 32 spline but have a real long shank thing on em. those bronco flanges are junkyard parts pretty much.

I need to upgrade this case to 32 spline front output guess i should start looking for that stuff
 
i cant seem to find any info real quick, but i think the newer superdutys run a 1410 cv rear shaft for the 2 door trucks. i just am fuzzy if it was a 1350 cv and a 1410 axle.

take a peak under some work trucks in the parking lot. or if you got some buddies, take off the rear shaft and have a measure.
 
I would but I'm doing all this stuff "blind" I'm at work right now and will be for a few more weeks.

Are the Front and rear outputs interchangeable when you do the 32-spline upgrade to the front output??
 
Well I answered my own question lol!!!

NP205 32 spline output yokes will interchange.

and I found the t-case I need to rob for parts for Free.99
