NP205 to TH350 adapter - AA?

NP205 to TH350 adapter, by Advance Adapters. How's the fit, any other problems? All the used adapters I've found for sale lately have been asking upwards of $150...a hundred bucks more for a new piece seems pretty worthwhile to me.

does it come with the bearings and seals and sleave for that price? if not keep a eye out on ebay and some pop up with them all intact.
