Figured out my problem, also figured these things would be a dime a dozen. Wrong.

Need a front flange for the 208 or 241. Only aware that those two interchange, if there are others I'm not picky.

In a hurry, going to have to have some machining done to it anyway, so putting a few feelers out...

Thanks!

I've got one in my personal stash. I have time to find another. Shoot me a shipped offer.

Are the driver drop flanges different from the passenger drop flanges?

As far as I've seen, for Chevy's, all the IFS ones (so drivers drop) are longer than the passenger drop flanges. It would probably work, but then I'd have to cut the driveshaft, which I just had made.

However, the IFS ones would seem a good thing to keep around if you are running a 241, as a slightly too-short front driveshaft could be made to fit.

Dodge 205's use this same flange, and I'd bet their 208's and 241's do as well.

The IFS Chevy's seem to be a mix of short and long flanges, those also match up with short and long front outputs in the 241. So you couldn't put the long IFS flange on a square body transfer case because the splines are too short.

Got one en route, but probably wouldn't hurt for me to have a spare, since I plan to be buried in this truck. Just in case anyone finds another....

I have a few tcases. Make me an offer to ship from Oregon

Appreciate it, but I'm GTG now. Unless they need saving from the scrapper! I'm going to update my thread in the garage, I figured out the issue.
