NP208 Speedo Drive Gear?

I did a search and found Pauly383K10's list of speedo gears. problem is I have a brown drive gear (4" long cylinder) that came stock with my M1008. I didn't see that on the list. I have regeared the truck with 3.73, and have kept the 235/85 R16 tires. My speedo reads 55mph when traveling approx 65mph. I didn't count the teeth when I had it apart, just noted the color because I remembered there was a list. anyone know how many teeth? Thanks in advance.

im guessing you have a auto trans??
I cannot even find ANYTHING for my SMC465/NP205 to fix my speedo...
same problem but im good up till 45mph.. accurate then but at 50 im doing 60 and at 55mph im doing like 68!!!!!

just ironic that there are so many people with my setup but no one fixed their speedo's

Here, this should do the trick. Measure actual diameter of tires too.

I just tore my tranfer case out again to seal a leak I missed and my driven gear is 15T but I swear its tan in color not gray. anyway a blue 18T should correct my speedo, and I happen to have one already so it'll go right back together. thanks again.
