ALL GM rear output yokes on the t-case are 32 spline, don't confuse the input spline count with the rear output spline count.

x2 ..

and if i recall the front 208 yoke is a swap over to gm 30 or 32 for flat flange use drive shafts.

Seriously? Everyone i talked to out here told me the O/P of the 208 was 27 thanks so much this has helped me alot man

There are 2 different INPUT spline counts for a 208/241 one is 27 spline which came behind a TH350 or 700R4 then a 32 spline which came behind a TH400 or an SM465.

Sometimes there is a missing spline for alignment, so you would only count 31, but this is still based on 32-spline.

So the 27 spline count is the input to the Transfer case? and 32 spline count is the output which goes to the driveshaft

Yes the 27 spline is the t-case input that connects to the trans output shaft and the 32 spline is for the outputs that connect to your drivelines.

On a 208/241 a transmission Yoke from a TH400 will work for the rear output/driveline but you need to make sure it is a fully spline Yoke (not all of them are).

K went to summit racing today to get my yoke $56. at first the yoke wouldn't fit my u joint on the drive shaft so we tried 5 or 6 different ones finally after 3 hrs we said lets just do a 1350/1330 conv. so i spent 296 on driveshaft yoke and u joint and slapped it in today nioce and tight. I greatly appreciate the help. Thanks so much. next thing is wiring and new steerring colum some guy owned it before me and all the wiring is rigged so ill keep you posted on it again thanks alot!!!

Greatly Appreciated.
