Hey all, so my transfer case (np241 in an 89 suburban) is currently leaking pretty bad from around the shift linkage rod. From what I can find online it seems like it's just an o-ring that seals up this location.
Just wondering if anyone has had any luck or thinks it's possible to swap this out without dropping the transfer case all together and tearing the whole thing apart? Everything I'm finding is just complete teardowns and they dont really address the shift rod seal at all and just tend to leave it alone.
