90 BLAZER W/ REBUILT 700R4 REBUILT 12 BOLT REAR AND NOW SOMTHING IS GROWLING IN THE T-CASE AREA IM ASSUMING ITS THE T-CASE BECAUSE EVERYTHING IN BETWEEN IS NEW COULD ANYONE HELP???
CAN YOU BEEF UP THE 241 AND IF SO PLEASE SEND ME IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION. EVERY TIME IM GONNA LIFT IT I HAVE TO PUT MY FUNDS ELSE WHERE.:doah:

could be your chain, forks, broken snap ring, but all very easy to fix and parts arent too much either. unless you killed your planetary which I highly doubt. You might want to think about a slip yoke eliminator because the slip is the weakest point on a 241 and the kits are about $345.00 from ORD.

you dont know where i can get a parts break down and slip yolk eliminator?

Check the fluid level. That's what was wrong with mine.
Had the same thing happen to me. My TC had a slow leak. Had the seal replaced and topped off with new fluid, no more noise

thanks ill check the fluid didnt see any leak or seepage but ill check thanks again for all the info.
