NP241 help please....

I just finished the rebuild and put it in only to find out that it wont **** into gear. I was wondering if anybody had any ideas on what this could be other than what I think it might be. I think I might have accidentally put the synchro hub ring in the wrong way. Id like a second opinion before I pull it out and rebuild it again. I would really appreciate any help. Thanks..

when i rebuilt mine for the SYE kit, i made sure to put that ring back in correctly. i also shifted and spun the shafts by hand on the bench. does he shift lever even move?

it moves just not past 4H. What sucks is I did my buddies first and his works fine. guess i just got to confident... or drank too much. Guess I am going to pull it back out this week and redo it.
