I have a rebuilt NP241 for sale for $200. Comes with assorted internals that were done away with during a SYE install

Front leaf springs for 4" lift with zero rates for $50

I think matching the cross member is more important than matching the T-case. That looks like a skid plate for either an 85/86 W-crossmember or an 87+ S-crossmember. They look similar but have different widths.

Those are procomp springs

Skid plate is from my blazer a 90.

I through the stock crossmember in the recycle bin yesterday

Skid plate is for a 241 or it was on a truck that came stock with a 241, I cannot say what the plates for a 208 looked like
