I have an 88 NP241 in my blazer that leaks at both driveshaft connections.

From what I read, I should replace the seals on both sides where the slip yokes go in, and there's a bushing for the back one that should be replaced too.

I'd also like to replace both the slip yokes while I'm doing this.

I called the dealer, I think he's getting me the two seals, but he doesn't have a part number for the bushing or slip yokes. Any idea where I can get the slip yokes? I'm guessing I can get the bushing from the local aftermarket parts store.

'88 241? Which one of those two is a typo? It's either an '89-91 241, or a 208.

Not being nitpicky, I assume that makes a difference in at least some of the parts.

you're probably right. It's in a 75 K5 with a 5.3 and 4L60E, don't remember what the donor vehicle was.

Thanks
Brian

any sources for the slip yokes? Seems like that can be a source of leaks too.

I haven't really looked into parts yet (and going SYE anyway) however for most sealing surfaces you can buy repair pieces that you tap into place. Often pretty pricey, so once you find a source for whatever you need replaced, you can check seal surface repair cost.
