The NP208 will bolt up, and the driveshafts, shifter etc will fit, but you will not be able to put the tone ring in it. You'll need an NP241 to retain your electric speedometer, ABS, cruise & VSS feed to the ECM.
I don't know where you are located in Alberta -- But if you are in the Edmonton region, there is a 90 Suburban at Kar Bashers just North of Sherwood Park on Cloverbar Road with a good NP241 with the tone ring setup on it there as of this afternoon. Probably set you back less than $70.00 for the whole t-case
