I remember some one was having trouble getting the correct bushing. Does anyone remember what the correct bushing number was?

I tried replacing mine a while back to help stop a leak... I ended up replacing the extension housing, slip yoke, seal and bushing before it quit!

Ahh, here it is: http://www.jbconversions.com/products/sye/np241c_std_sye.php

lol, couldn't resist, sorry.

To add SOMETHING helpful, you might get lucky with a local trans shop or GM dealer having one of these on the shelf. With the GM part number given above, should be easy to cross. Not that pricey, under $8 on ebay or amazon from what I see.

$5.33 at GMPD, but they want $14 in shipping.

I had the problem. I think I posted everything in my build thread but not sure.

unfortunately I'm doing this from memory, but as I recall, the common part number (probably the one linked above) was always correct, but you have to make sure it's actually an ac delco part. The aftermarket ones that I found use the same part number but for some reason don't fit.

I'm sure I posted this before but I'm kinda swamped and don't have time to search it out. If I remember tomorrow I'll look for the post.
