On my 241 in the truck what position is two high on the t case lever, mine keeps binding with my stock 208 shifter when I try to shift. Is it all the way forward on the case?
I just need on the transfer case it self not the cab! But thank you!2H

This is the pattern in the truck, all the way back at the case is 2hi but isn’t all the way forward 4lo
I ran it fine for years in my M1008 I just could not remember where 2 high wasThe 241 needs a different shifter arm on the t case than the 208. I swapped my 1008 years ago and ran into this issue.

NP208 vs 241 linkage
So a buddy picked up a REALLY nice 89 burb a few months ago which he's been doing some mild wheeling with. The TC linkage wasn't allowing shift into 4LO regardless of how much adjusting we were doing to it. For 4LO the plate on the linkage was below horizontal which obviously isn't working...ck5.com
I thought it was interesting also, my 241 is a 89 so it bolts right up.thats interesting. ive swapped a 208 out of, and a 241 into, and down and up and clocked and SYE in my K5... i think the arms always stayed with the TC it came with - i disconnected the linkage and never ran into this. (its all custom with heim joints now that the clocking happened )
