i just installed an nv4500 and np241 in place of a sm465/np205 combo. Now the speedo is way fast compared to actual speeds. where can i get speedo gear to remedy the situation,,, thanks

You can usually get them from a GM dealer (if there are any left) or trans shop.

Yes The drive gears are different in xfer cases than tranny gears.
But the driven gear at the end of the speedo cable are what you change to match your spedo to gear ratio.
The driven gears for the 700r4, will fit the 241, 208,
