NP241

So I was pulling the NP241 apart to re-seal it today, I notice some wear on the plastic speedo gears. If these are not replaced what issues should I expect to see

Also is there any other mandatory internal seal etc. that I should replace While I have it apart?

I was really just going to replace the tail shaft support bushing and seal, and the seal for the front drive axle.Really just looking to make sure she does not leak....

Last time I had my 241 apart I I replaced all the seals. My chain and bearings were all in great shape. If you don't find anything else visibly worn, just reseal it and go.
