NPT searching help

Goldwing2000 gave me the idea to use 1/4" NPT for axle vents as mine are missing.

I did some searching on Jegs and found the 1/4" NPT to barb fittings, but taps are no where to be found.

Where do i find a 1/4" NPT tap?

Home depot will have taps and fittings, you may even be able to use 1/8'' NPT fittings, those holes are usually pretty small. Most better parts stores will have fittings and taps as well, no need to mail order those kind of parts.

1/8" NPT should be more then plenty for vent lines. You should be able to pick up an 1/8" NPT tap & fittings at your local hardware store or Napa.
