nutin

I'd gladly trade you straight up for my running 6.2 diesel Suburban.

IMHO, the truck was only 500 bucks and for that price there's no such thing as getting screwed in the deal.

I'd stick a known good 305 in it too.

easier said than done. Again pay to have 305 pulled and put in then pay to have it pulled and a 350 put in. I have to go and try to find some gold up in the mountains.

I am quite certain that there is at least one good 350 in your area and some kind CK5er who will install it for you!

Heck, if you can't find someone I'll find you an engine, bring it down and install it for you myself!

This should be a brotherhood. Someone's gotta be down to help ya out. Hell if you were closer and bought the food and drink i'd give ya a hand. hell my shop is a/c'ed too

I just got a call from Santa and things are getting worked out. Santa has a life time welcome here and per my land lord is welcome to stay at the house unlimited times.

I won't name Santa; but thanks so much.

It's a pretty damn cool story so far...Santa kicks ass, and so do his helpers! :waytogo:

Dont know the story but sounds good!
I heard some of the story from my buddy at Western Alternator, and I want to say that those "parts of the puzzle" are awesome dudes!!!!!!!

:bow::bow::bow: And a HECK YEAH!

So I was working on Blackie (87 K5) and found my old warn hubs I had to replace. I had the wrong part number on sales slip so I had to pay for the new ones I put on. So since the burb has auto hubs I will get these exchanged for it.

Well I have been doing a lot of parts research. I think I need to be thinking about a build thread. Working on a few things........

Never knew a snorkel was so expensive! I found this one from a company in the UK for $169 and $76 shipping so that will come down the road (like in winter).

Found the roof rack and need to find the rear tire carrier.

So maybe be next year I will be ready to start this :whistle:

Just got done giving the burb a nice steam bath here at my Work places shop, heading to ORD now to perform a little heart surgery.
