Oh I was just at one this morning and there were a couple burbs there....if I would have known earlier.

might go to one tomorrow unsure just yet looking for gauge bezel, truck tailgate for my soft top on k5,see if he's got a 6 lug 14 bolt for cheap and few other things i will check and carry some silicone with me.

Sorry didn't make it out there today with church and working on wife 67 C10 SWB truck frame my buddy is blasting etc for me,

I went yesterday and found a Cherokee steering shaft, but in the hundreds of cars there was only one square nose Chevy. It was 1/2-ton 4x4 single cab. Bummer as I keep looking for a 2WD steering box.

I think the little rubber bumper you want is the same one used inside the side door jambs. It would seem strange to have another part just for 'burbs.

Just need two and I am sure the shipping is crazy. They just help the tail gate not rattle. Some one will find them in a yard I hope.

I will likely be going back Saturday also to get those 1974 headlight bezels...if they are original, I'll take care of you if I get to go...hope it isn't raining...it's a mud pit

73-74's are unique in some things like wiper switches, dash bezels, Headlight knobs, instruments, fiberoptic light strip for wiper switch light up to instrument cluster, need a about #10 drill bit for the rivits that hold it on behind the dash bezel. headlight bezels, grills.
Good to have extras in your stash when you can find them specially with a keep original rig like yours.

A/C parts also are different like condensors and lines changed in 1975 mostly on the high side. A/C control panel is different also.

I got your bumpers...I was running through the parts yard at 10 minutes till closing time while the workers were yelling at me..."Closing Time"....

I went to that Suburban that you saw in the photo...I had to get learnt up on removing them...I broke the first one....the second one I knew how...I ran back to the office looking all around me for a suburban but they all had barn doors.

Then, as I got to the office...right outside was a great looking Suburban...I even had to ask if it was for scrap because it looked so good....I told them I needed the bumpers, that 's what I drove here for...having never been in a Suburban befor I had no idea how to get the tailgate open....but it had the keys in the ignition....I grabbed them and though "What are the odds that the battery is good and the window will come down.......well.......it id...I got both those too...
went to pay and he say...Bah....come back and see us....
