I remember seeing a thread on adapting an NV 4500 to an NP 205. It was relating to spline counts, case design, and the need for adapters.
I eventually plan on putting a 4500 in my 76 K5, need a passenger drop. I have a 205 out of a 77 3.4 ton Chevy that was mated to a 465. I would put that combo in, but I want the 5 speed. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
