NV4500 2wd w/GM and Cummins bell CHEAP

Thanks to the flood, I have a 96 or 97 2wd NV4500, has shifter, GM bell and one for a Cummins. This was under water, had no oil in it. It's tipped on it's end so all the water can drain. I would imagine it will need a complete rebuild. Don't really want to ship, but might consider it. Asking $250. If it matters have two new containers of the proper oil for it.
