Do a little searching. It's not a direct swap by a long shot. I assume you have an sm465 and not a 265. You need to convert to a 32 spline input on the trans and need an adaptor or redrill the face of the 205. Also need to move the transfer case back the extra length. If you have mechanical clutch linkage, you'll need a new bellhousing to put the clutch fork on the drivers side or convert to a hydraulic clutch.
