Ok I have the Hydroboost/hydroclutch assembly, I have a 1992 nv4500, What master cylinder should I use? Its a 1980 gmc jimmy, the 1992 master is at a different angle than the 1985 master...

Splice the line to the 85-91 square body master . It works the nv4500 slave just fine . I did it on a blazer build .
Same here, I used this SWAGELOK B-600-6 BRASS UNION TUBE FITTING if I remember correctly.
There is a Swagelok location in Wheatridge that I assume will ship to you or there are many places on the web also that will have them.

I used a stock 80’s master and drilled/tapped it for npt and used an an fitting adapter. Then used 3an to the slave cylinder on mine.

now i have more time to give info . its real easy .

leave the hard line as long as possible off the nv4500 external slave . bend it up and over the bell housing to point at the master . get a metric thread bubble flare union and extra nut the size of the hardline . cut to length and flare the bubble on the end NOT a double 45* . install the union and hook up the stock flex hose . then bleed the system of air .
